Stacke Technologies Inc ("we", "us", "our") is committed to clarity and fairness in every paid relationship with our customers. This page explains how refunds work for products and services offered by the company.
Current status
At the time of this writing, Stacke Technologies Inc does not offer paid products or subscriptions to consumers. The NOVELS app is currently in private beta and is not available for purchase. No payments are being collected from end users on this website.
Brand sponsorship and partnership invoicing for our content network is handled directly with each partner under the terms of their individual agreement; this Refund Policy does not apply to those B2B engagements.
Planned refund terms for the NOVELS app
When NOVELS opens to the public and we begin offering paid subscriptions, the following refund terms will apply and this page will be updated accordingly:
- 7-day money-back guarantee on the initial subscription payment. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid period, contact us at tiagostacke@stacketechnologies.com for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Cancel anytime. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period and no future charges will occur.
- After the 7-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
How to request a refund
Once paid products are available, refund requests should be sent to tiagostacke@stacketechnologies.com with the email address used at purchase and the date of the transaction. We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
Disputes
If you have any payment-related concern, please contact us first. We resolve the vast majority of issues directly, without need for chargebacks or third-party intervention.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy as we launch new products. Any material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
