Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 29, 2026
Stacke Technologies Inc ("Stacke", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
This policy applies to stacketechnologies.com and to any related products and services we operate, including the upcoming NOVELS app.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Email address. When you join our waitlist or send us a message via the contact form, we collect your email address so we can respond.
- Form fields. If you fill out our contact form, we collect any name, email, and message content you provide.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically collects standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referrer, and timestamps. This data is used for security, fraud prevention, and aggregate traffic analytics.
- Cookies. Our website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies strictly necessary for security and content delivery.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your messages and inquiries;
- To notify waitlist subscribers when products such as the NOVELS app become publicly available;
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;
- To detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents, fraud, and abuse;
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling or for unrelated marketing purposes.
3. How we share your information
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We use third-party processors who assist us in operating the website and services. Current processors include Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, email routing) and, when paid services launch, Stripe (payment processing). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or other valid legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others.
- Business transfers. If Stacke is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change in writing.
4. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Waitlist email addresses are retained until you request deletion or until the related product is publicly launched and the list is no longer needed.
5. Your rights
For users in the European Economic Area (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object to certain processing activities. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
For users in California (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request deletion of that information, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not sell your data.

Stacke Technologies Inc is based in the United States. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
